Hello Everyone!

As we move into the fall season, change is in the air. For many of us, we celebrate the spookiness of October, but it’s also a time to reflect on what’s shifting in our lives. With the election approaching and the thoughts already taking shape about the year ahead, this feels like a good time to ask yourself: “What have I been holding on to?”

In this month's online workshop, The Power of Transmutation, I’m focusing on the topic of CHANGE. In a nutshell, transmutation is the practice of transforming one kind of energy or emotion into something else completely different with intention, focus, and effortlessness. Transmutation isn’t about encouraging you to over control your life; it’s a meditation tool that can help make space for new possibilities and move through change with greater ease in the body.

Nothing stays the same forever. We can either decide to run from change, or we can learn to dance and play with it. 💃🏻🕺🏾
